Their service department at the Dodge / Jeep is the WORST I have every had the unpleasant experience to do business with. Had my truck for 6 days to fix 2 minor warranty issues. And apparently Chrysler will only ship 1 part at a time and if that part doesn’t fit the problem they have to order another part and then wait for delivery from California. Then they didn’t work on it for a full day on Saturday because the service writer and the tech were off, did anyone let me know on Friday that no work would be done, NOPE and I spoke with the service writer on Friday late in the day……… Find someplace else to do the auto repair these guys, this dealership doesn’t care. More

Went to have our truck serviced and we were told it would be at least a 4 hour wait before even getting in the bay. I purchased a used 2016 Ford F-150. The Stephen Wade window sticker indicated it was a 3.5L Ecoboost engine. When I got home, I found the original Ford window sticker noting it having a different, less window sticker indicated it was a 3.5L Ecoboost engine. When I got home, I found the original Ford window sticker noting it having a different, less powerful, less towing capacity engine. I immediately brought it to the dealers attention. They claimed it's my fault for not doing enough due diligence and they're not responsible for what's on the window sticker. I asked to exchange my trade-off for this vehicle and they wanted to charge me $520 to do the exchange. I've filed complaints with BBB, Utah MVED and Toyota Customer Care. More

Didn't receive a title temporary plates expired.so I typed a letter of where they could send the tow truck so they could pick up their vehicle and made them sign it. Under Utah law if they don't complete the paperwork in a timely manner I could rescind the deal so I did found a better deal in vegas! Would never do business with a Stephen wade dealer again buyer beware these dealers are sketchy. More
