Very Happy! I drive 200 miles to get the oil changed at the dealer. The nice lady said it would be two hours, but they finished it in less than hour!? They offer fabulous service and very minimal friction in the process. I find it easy to get the purchase done once you decide. Brian spent a few months watching for the vehicle I needed and kept track of the timing that I had given him for buying my truck. Loved the finance guy too (sorry I’m blanking on his name), he was awesome! ...and stepped into the service bay to make sure Bobby wasn’t planning on retiring for the next 6 years before signing 👍🏼. My mechanic Bobby and all the guys in parts, like Erin, and service like Jason are part of what keep me coming back. Their business culture must be excellent because they have a consistently great thing going. More
Tom Holt in Service Department is a superstar! Walked in at a few minutes to five on a Friday afternoon and the service bay doors were down even though the hours on the door said until 6. Four service people plus the manager with no customers and it took a couple of minutes before one of the service people made eye contact and asked if he could help. I described that I needed to get a new key for my dodge durrango. He directed me to the parts departement... got through that door and see if they have the part (key) and key code. So, we did, and talked to parts and they said they did, but they didn't know if there was going to be enough time. they went out to check with service, who said there was enough time and that it would take approximately an hour. They, then directed me to go back out to service and sign a work order. So, I went back out and the service rep I talked to before saw me and said just a minute and then went off to the far end of the shop talking with two repairmen about one of the lifts at the far end and took his sweet time leaving me standing there, then, after about 5 minutes walked clean away. There were three other service reps plus the manager and nobody making contact. Then one guy working on his computer with dark sunglasses on, inside the bay area, with the doors still down looked my way and started to ask if he could help, but as soon as I indicated, I had started talking to the other guy who walked away, he shut me down. Another few minutes later, Tom Holt asked if he could help. I came over, he did the paperwork, went and opened the door, brought in my Durrango, went and got a service tech and the keys and got it all rolling, and I was out of there in 15 minutes! He was friendly, intelligent, and professional and put a smile on customer service, that was otherwise terrible, both at this business and at another nearby that I had the displeasure of dealing with that day. Only reason my rating isn't 5 stars, is/are the other three service reps and service manager. Tom is awesome! More
First Visit to Stephen Wade Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram I pulled up to the service lane, waited about 15 minutes in line, proceeded into the service garage. Was immediately greeting by Service personnel an I pulled up to the service lane, waited about 15 minutes in line, proceeded into the service garage. Was immediately greeting by Service personnel and asked what I needed. I proceeded to the Waiting area and relaxed with the paper. In approximately 40 minutes Christy called me and said my truck was ready. She was very friendly, explained exactly what was done on my work order including the itemized costs. I was impressed and pleased.with my interrelation with her. I will recommend friends and relatives to consider Stephen Wade and Christy for services on their vehicles. It was a good experience.
