I Leased a brand new BMW 640i grand coupe on May 24th 2013, on June 20th as I was driving on the freeway the sunroof popped (very lucky I did not lose control of the car) we called Sterling BMW in Newpor 2013, on June 20th as I was driving on the freeway the sunroof popped (very lucky I did not lose control of the car) we called Sterling BMW in Newport beach California where we got the car from they gave us a rental to this date which is July 25th I have not been able to get any answers from the dealer and no return phone calls from their service supervisor Tony. Found out today finally (had to go to the showroom) that they do not know how to fix the car and have no dates when, I believe under the Lemon Law BMW needs to give us a new car right away, BMW is very lucky that I did not lose control of the car did not hurt anybody or myself and BMW needs to step up and take care of this situation right away. But away I had three BMW 750iL in past with no issues so I am very surprised with the treatment I have so far received from Sterling BMW , if you are interested I have more about how they fired the salesperson that sold us the car to cover their own skin. I have always been a BMW fan. With that said, when it came time for me to get a new car, I was getting the itch to try something else, such as an Aston Martin Vantage (I really love Aston's) as a daily d came time for me to get a new car, I was getting the itch to try something else, such as an Aston Martin Vantage (I really love Aston's) as a daily driver. I do feel an obligation to always look at BMWs, as I have been driving and loving them for nearly 20 years. Further they are great daily driving cars. After going to a terrible BMW dealer-- which was highly recommended to me-- I was basically done with BMW and ready to go by my Aston Martin. My wife, however, wanted me to get a sensible car and suggested that we go to another BMW dealer. I think I might have gotten lucky, but when we pulled into Sterling's parking lot, I thought I was going to be leaving with a BMW. They had their monthly BBQ so my wife was really happy! We were also assigned Stephan Caraway as our sales consultant and he was nothing short of fabulous. He is a true BMW enthusiast. He and I talked about why I should get an Aston Martin when I am young. My wife did not enjoy it, especially as a daily driving car-- it could be my fun car but not a daily car. We went up to look at the BMW 335s and while none of them were what I wanted, my wife and I saw the most beautiful dark blue-- my favorite car color. It was carbon black metallic. Stephan started talking about all the great things about the car and while I was listening, I was lusting over this car. It is sexy, and fast, and it drove like a dream. In fact, I wonder if that I was Stephan's grand plan and it worked. While the car was certainly more than I intended to spend, I was in love with it. And Stephan was able to make the car make sense for us. Since then he has been a true professional. More

I am compelled to let folks know how happy I am with the staff and excellent service at this dealership. I purchased a CPO BMW almost two years ago. The purchase itself was a terrific experience. Since the purchase, I have had my car in for routine maintenance, minor body work after I'd been backed into, a recent full detail, and now tire repair. (I recommend anyone who buys a BMW from any dealer also buy the tire warranty/insurance.) Everyone is extremely friendly, intelligent, and efficient. Loan cars are provided without any problem and my car is clean when I pick it up. Costs have been quite minimal if not covered by warranty. I would not buy a car anywhere else. This operation is top notch! More

I told him what I was looking for and he sent me about 4 cars that met my specifications. He then priced it several thousands cheaper than the competition. He delivered on everything he said -- I went in met with him and drove home in less than an hour. There was no pressure on purchasing anything else and the deal was "the deal." The service at Sterling is EXCELLENT -- I left my car there and was given a loaner. I could not conveniently get back and they drove my car to me to change out after service.
