If I could give negative stars I would. Took my I3 in for service because it couldn’t charge using a combo charger, very necessary for an electric car with such a poor miles per charge!! They kept it for 2 day and returned it to me claiming to have fixed the issue. Went to charge it a day later and the same issue occurred. Took it back to them, had it for another 3 days, no call, no update...I called and talked to the service manager who told me the issue was the car got reset to slow charge due to a recall update which made no sense due to the fact the issue occurred prior to taking the car in and the recall (?) being completed. Picked the car up and went to charge it - got the same issue?!! Took the car back very up set and dealt with Bob, the asst. service manager - they have now had my car another 2 weeks with not update, no communication and no resolution. Take your car anywhere but Sterling BMW if you need service - WORST experience EVER!!
