Sold me a 2015 Chrysler 200 S with hidden frame damage back in July 2022 now I’m waiting to hear back from Michigan dos RMD for my fraud misrepresentation complaint since I paid $400 for a 3rd party inspe back in July 2022 now I’m waiting to hear back from Michigan dos RMD for my fraud misrepresentation complaint since I paid $400 for a 3rd party inspection at The Collision Shop in Detroit and it was confirmed September 9th 2025 even though I have been sending complaints to Michigan Attorney General since I want to say end of 2022 early 2023. They sent a trade in letter 2 months before I got a inspection done after I have been suing them in the wrong courts and no lawyer multiple times and one of the right courts constantly losing because I can’t find a lawyer since I want to say Early 2023. They have a lawyer Macie Law whose office is about 10 miles north. They told me they had changed the motor mounts on the car at time of sale. Now over 3 years later they are not only just now adding all of that to the Carfax but a couple weeks ago something told me to check it and you guessed it. To my surprise they have added a Power steering service to it. I don’t recall my salesman saying anything about that because when he told me about the motor mounts I looked him dead in the eyes and asked him was that IT! And he said yes. So I don’t know what’s going on. Car was sold with a bald tire, wrong battery, dirty brake fluid (when I looked at it before I bought the car I said is this the brake fluid as I looked at it he said “yeah” without coming over to look at it) and a bad door panel assembly that has a gaping hole in the bottom of the mirror the same door door he was sitting at when I test drove the car. I was told it would cost $2,764 to fix the front passenger door assembly per Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Southfield when I emailed my salesman less than two months after I bought the car and he told me during the sale to email him if I had any problems when I did I was IGNORED. During my test drive I was also told by my salesman I can’t drive the car on the freeway for some odd reason. Oh and to top it off the $14,100 I paid for the car if I add repairs and maintenance endurance warranty cost of Ubers while it’s been in and out of shops and Michigan insurance (full coverage for about 1 1/2-2 years and a year of no fault it puts me around $36,000 in the hole in the last 3 years thanks to them. I worked with Bill Reed to lease my truck. I can not recommend him enough. Took the time to listen to what I wanted, did not pressure me at all, and got me exactly what I was looking for. There was one small issue, not Bill's fault at all, but he went way out of his way to solve it for me. This was the fifth or sixth time leasing through Bill. If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought my Jeep (new lease) in April and had to bring it back within a week because of multiple warning lights going off . They kept my Jeep for two months with almost no updates. Calling their service department is pointless, the phones just ring and ring , and when you finally get through, you’re met with zero urgency, zero sympathy, and zero accountability. When I finally got my Jeep back after the two month's, it was worse than when I dropped it off. The center around the shifter wasn’t put back correctly, the door trim was cracked, the new shifter was gouged, the carpet wasn’t installed properly, a piece near the charging port was missing, the console was misaligned, and there was cleaning residue all over the door speaker. I had to bring it back AGAIN! They kept it for ANOTHER MONTH, only to find the carpet still messed up and the cracked trim lazily “fixed” by painting over it with what looks like black rubber once I finally got it back in my possession. I was told to basically deal with it at that point. Icing on the cake…the assistant manager said he would call me and help with getting reimbursed for my months of not having it. Spoiler alert - he never called me. You’re a MANAGER!!! The complete lack of communication, quality control, and respect for customers’ time is disrespectful. This dealership’s service is absolutely unacceptable. From the phones to the repairs, there is no care and no accountability. I would not trust them with even the simplest service such as replacing my wiper blades…. Avoid this place at all costs!! More

All you need to know is they don’t answer the phone. You literally can’t get service because they don’t follow up and just transfer you to a voicemail, don’t waste your time and go to this dealership. The only time the service has been good was when I purchased my vehicle from the dealership. Anytime I have needed an oil change or a recall, the service was horrible with the staff extremely rude.
