Aaron saved my weekend I noticed something wrong with what I thought was the transmission on my vehicle while I was driving it this morning. I took it right into the dealers I noticed something wrong with what I thought was the transmission on my vehicle while I was driving it this morning. I took it right into the dealership. Upon arrival I was greeted by a woman who asked if I had an appointment. I did not, and she was visibly annoyed by this and said someone would help me shortly. Aaron quickly asked what he could to do help me. I explained what happened and was told that the transmission mechanic would not be in for about a week. I was beginning to get upset. Aaron asked me what kind of car I drove and thought he could help me if he took it for a test drive. While we were driving it he explained that my car has the capacity to switch to manual transmission if I just tweak the gear shifter (I clearly don't know the technical term) a little bit to the left or right.... I was completely unaware of this. Aaron explained that I probably bumped it which caused the difference I felt in the transmission. I was so happy!! Not only was I relieved that there was nothing wrong with my car, Aaron saved me the trouble of having my car in the shop for a week only to be told there was nothing wrong. I am very appreciative that he took the time to help me!!!! More

2015 journey ordering I had to order my new Journey because I had my heart set on blue. Bob D. took care of the entire process and ended up having to keep it on the lot fo I had to order my new Journey because I had my heart set on blue. Bob D. took care of the entire process and ended up having to keep it on the lot for me while I was on vacation. when I got back he took care of everything for me. When I picked up my beautiful new car he took the time to make sure I knew how to use all of the new features. This is the second car I bought from this dealer and use them for all of my service needs as well. More

Five Star Service Keith is one of the nicest people I have met, when I went in looking for a new car because my old one was about to die, he took everything I said into Keith is one of the nicest people I have met, when I went in looking for a new car because my old one was about to die, he took everything I said into consideration; mainly the price and found me a few different options that would fit my budget. Not only did he do that, but he calls and checks up on me from time to time to make sure everything is going great. I cannot wait to see him again when I trade my lease in for a new one.
