Oil Change Brought my car in for an oil change.. picked it up and within 3 miles started smoking. Oil poured from underneath my car... they picked me up then had Brought my car in for an oil change.. picked it up and within 3 miles started smoking. Picked it up couple days later.. pouring rain (had my mother that walks with a cane) water is coming into the car port and the 2 girls laughed for awhile and we moved to get out of the rain... then they decided maybe it would be a good idea to shut the door so the rain wasn’t hitting the customers. I will never return. When I asked for an itemized bill about what happen Incase of Future problems.. they informed me it was Mopars fault for an Oring... UNBELIEVABLE. My car was running fine prior. Replace Radio My part was ordered. I never recieved notice when the part came in. The day I called to see what was happening, the Parts Department told me t My part was ordered. I never recieved notice when the part came in. The day I called to see what was happening, the Parts Department told me that they had the part scheduled to be returned THAT DAY. Parts pulled the Part back so that I could schedule an appointment. I then attempted to call Service (3 times), and got shuffeled around, but was never actually was able to make an appointment. I then called the Sales Rep. that sold me the car, an he was able to get me an appointment in about 5 minutes. You need to find some way to get Service to answer their phone. More

2019 chrysler 300 AC problems not solved!! I have brought my 2019 Chrysler 300 TWICE, 6/11 & 6/25, because the AC runs sometimes and other times NOT!! The last write said AC runs intermittentl I have brought my 2019 Chrysler 300 TWICE, 6/11 & 6/25, because the AC runs sometimes and other times NOT!! The last write said AC runs intermittently. Picked the car up a week later, after I called and asked what the status of my car was. I was told it was done 2 days ago. No one called me. The problem, I was told, the gentleman that did my write was on vacation. WOW!! The problem STILL exist. Last week the AC stopped working one day. I pulled into my driveway, opened the hood and could easily see that the compressor was not running. The day I picked the car up from service, there was a power outage at the dealership. I was told no problem they would mail my write up sheet to me. I still have not received it. Not a happy customer, Andrew Fontana More
