When I asked about it I was lied to I informed the service rep that the tire pressure was still Payed for a tire rotation and it was not performed . Long Check-in Process I had a 7 a.m. appointment. Although I was there on time, I had to wait 20 minutes for my car to enter the garage for the check-in process. After wait I had a 7 a.m. appointment. Although I was there on time, I had to wait 20 minutes for my car to enter the garage for the check-in process. After waiting 5 minutes, a man came and asked for my keys, and moved my car forward. I then waited another 5 minutes, for the same process to repeat: man comes, gets keys, moves car up. Another 5 minutes pass before I was finally checked in. Fortunately, the oil change and tire rotation only took 20 minutes. More

Unhappy customer Brought van in for new plugs and wires. Had to bring it back in and sit for 2 hours for it to be worked on again, because it wasn't running right. Customer service was terrible. I received a message from Wafaa stating she needed my approval for a tire alignment and tire rotation. I called back several times only being connect I received a message from Wafaa stating she needed my approval for a tire alignment and tire rotation. I called back several times only being connected to Sals voicemail.. I left a message for Sal and specifically stated this message is for Wafaa. Two hours later I called back because I heard nothing. She never received my message. At that point, I told her I needed new tires. When my plumber came to pick up his service van, the new tires had not been installed and Wafaa told her manager we never had that conversation. My plumbing van was in service for 2.5 days. I don't think I will be using your services again More
