I have one oil change remaining and they were not able to tell me the status of the the account. I thought that was extremely concerning. Based on passed experience, they can tell you a lot about the vehicle and yourself per the system. I have not found my piece-of-mind with the dealership and/or system. Also, they offered to look at options for trading in my jeep for an upgrade. But I feel they didn't give me an accurate figure for the vehicle considering only having it a couple years. When I looked up the same vehicle on a couple different value-based website, I was able to get anywhere from $1,000 - $1,600 more than what the dealership was offering... seemed like an obvious sales tactic to low-ball me on the true value... Great experience I've been to this dealership for 4 leases now and although I was pretty satisfied the other trips, this last one with Gary was by far the best.
