Very professional and enjoyable Gary was exceptional, and very informative. To be honest we shopped this truck at five dealerships. Disappointing customer service I had a very disappointing experience when getting my Pacifica serviced recently. I tried to make an appointment online with the live chat option to h I had a very disappointing experience when getting my Pacifica serviced recently. I tried to make an appointment online with the live chat option to have a knocking sound checked on my drivers side front wheel before I left on a road trip for 6 weeks. I was out of the country at the time so was not able to call for an appointment so I attempted to use the live chat option. After no response for three days I again used the live chat and was told by the operator that she would send it over again. Still no response. So I then asked my daughter to call and make an appointment on 2/6/19 which she did. I then emailed the dealership service department to confirm the appointment and again no response back from them. Upon arriving back in the country I called the service center to confirm the appointment and was told I was all set. Then on 2/5/19 we received a call from the service center saying that we were expecting bad weather and would we like to reschedule our appointment for Friday. Now, we told them we were leaving for a road trip the following Wednesday and needed to have the van back by then so they told us to bring it Friday and after driving it and hearing the noise it was determined it was a link pin that needed to be fixed. Now we were told they did not have time to fix it so bring it back on Monday. We brought the van back on Sunday night so it would be there early Monday thinking it would be fixed on Monday but it never was looked at until Tuesday when it was determined it was a strut that needed to be replaced. They didn’t have the part and now we are told it was coming from Cleveland Wednesday morning. We had to postpone our trip a day and there was so much confusion with the whole deal. Every time we spoke to the service advisor whose name was Pat, he kept saying” thank you for your patience “ our patience was pushed to the max. We will never be returning to this dealership and have used them to purchase our vehicles and for service for many years. We have never experienced such a ridiculous confusing situation before. What has happened to this dealership that used to provide such good customer service? More
