The manager had me speak with another man, but i couldn't remember his name when it was time to release so I thought I would try a deal with a woman. Neither called me back. I called the manager only to get ANOTHER voicemail! I never left a message because that wasn't working with the other two. I moved on to the Rochester hills dealer and was treated GREAT! People there answer their phones! My lease due up in one year will absolutely be with Rochester. Step it up SHDCJP. I'm sure there are more who feel like me. More
