Work was incomplete I came into the body shop to have things repaired as a result of the collision. The windshield was never replaced nor was the remote start diagnosed. They wanted $110 extra diagnostic fee on top on the $250 deductible in order to look at the hood ajar switch which is located right in the area that the collision occurred. My salesman, Bob Datti I had another positive, easy transaction at Sterling Heights CDJR on December 28. I leased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4x4. My salesman, Bob Dattilio, did not disappoint. He made this transaction quick from start to finish. Bob kept me updated, whether it was a phone call or e-mail, about the daily inventory of the Cherokee, in particular the model and equipment I was wanting. The paperwork was all set for me to sign when I came into the dealership and everything that was discussed prior was the same on delivery day. There were no hidden fees or any tricks. Bob was no-pressure and wanted to do best for me in terms of price and the specific Cherokee I was seeking. I would recommend Bob Dattilio for your next vehicle purchase. This is the 2nd lease I've done with Bob in the last 5 months! This makes the 3rd vehicle since December 2016 I've leased from Bob D. Does not protect the customer or put them first Prior to signing paperwork, Dealership neglected to review option differences between a Pacifica Touring L Plus and Pacifica Limited—this is their job Prior to signing paperwork, Dealership neglected to review option differences between a Pacifica Touring L Plus and Pacifica Limited—this is their job. I wasn't allowed to even see the vehicle until the paperwork was signed only to learn that my vehicle did not come with a DVD system. The next day I told the dealer I want a different vehicle with a DVD system, they told me the vehicle was already titled and there was nothing they could do about it. The dealer refused to work with me in getting into a different trim level with the DVD system, even though the vehicle only has 39 miles on it as I type this! The sales manager refused to take the vehicle back for me to lease something else and the sales person neglected to go over all options with me prior to signing anything. One would think upgrading from a Touring L Plus to a Limited includes the DVD system but it doesn't and it's incumbent upon the sales person to convey that, and they didn't. The dealership took on a defensive demeanor, glazed over the fact that they titled the vehicle to me prior to inspection, and the only recourse for this was quoting me on a $2,000 DVD system. Customers aren't always right, but they should always come first. This dealership does not subscribe to this methodology! BEWARE! More

We came 8/13 and met Joe Scovoronski in the Body Shop, went over 3 things we wanted looked at while they had the car. Advised windows were stuck down & car needed shelter in the event of rain. Joe advised they would call us when it was ready to go to the Service Dept. Explained my son was out of town & that we had about 8 days until car was desperately needed back. I called in after 5:00 8/15 left message, I received a call from Joe first thing 8/16, he moved mountains to get the car looked at, much sooner than originally advised, 4 calls later on the SAME day, with the break down & cost, and a few more questions answered, Joe advised car was ready for pick up today after 5:00. We have been coming to Sterling Dodge for YEARS and NEVER received this kind of service!!!!!! Joe I can't THANK YOU ENOUGH for your prompt, kind, efficient & quick service!! If there is an Employee of the Month at Sterling Dodge- THIS is your guy!! I will recommend him every time!!
