I arranged w/Matt to drop off the vehicle on a Saturday with service department (body shop isn't open on Saturdays) and told body shop crew I expected to pick it up following Saturday, because I would be out of town on a business trip. I left my cell number and my husband's cell number in case they wanted my husband to get it early. When I hadn't heard anything by Friday, I called to check. I spoke with Doug, who said it wasn't ready. When I expressed concern and said I could borrow a car Monday and would appreciate it if they could get mine done by Monday afternoon, he promised to check. He was very thorough and called me back three times to make sure the dealership kept its new goal of returning the car to me Monday. It was ready when I arrived Monday afternoon. It was very clean and looked good. The only thing the dealership could have done better was call me when they received my car and given me a timeline then. More

Neglected service and pushed out the door Scheduled an appointment for my brand new commercial Ram 2500, showed up and was sent home because they couldn’t get me in for my pre scheduled 8am ap Scheduled an appointment for my brand new commercial Ram 2500, showed up and was sent home because they couldn’t get me in for my pre scheduled 8am appointment. Came back next week for appointment to have squeaky breaks and grinding sound from power steering pump looked at. Service was “completed”or so I was told, and I arrived to pick up my truck. Brakes are still squeaking and the manager told me that it was “normal” for brakes to squeak and they would not replace them under warranty, which ironically expires in 100 miles. Grinding sound from power steering pump was also not addressed or fixed. They had our main work truck for 5 days and I was unable to work. My problems were not resolved and I will be taking my truck somewhere else. I will not be purchasing or returning here again. My truck has 11k miles and I am currently still making payments. More

They went to bat for me! I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler off the lot in December of 2017 from a different dealer and it always seemed like the motor fan was coming on too m I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler off the lot in December of 2017 from a different dealer and it always seemed like the motor fan was coming on too much and the temp gauge would go up but then come right back when the fan engaged.. It never overheated, never had a check engine light or code flash... Then suddenly it blew the seams out of the radiator so I replaced it at Belle Tire, yet still had the same issue with the fan. So this time I took it to Sterling Heights Jeep. They replaced the thermostat which they said just fell apart in their hands. Still didn't solve the problem so I took it back in and they did a block test. The engine failed the block test and as it turns out had a crack allowing exhaust into the coolant. The Jeep had almost 70,000 miles on it and was outside the 60,000 mile power train warranty. Instead of trying to blame us on overheating the vehicle, they noted the history, the lack of codes, the fact that it had never overheated and went to bat for me with Chrysler. Victoria (the service manager at the dealership) was instrumental in getting all the facts to Chrysler and pushing for a positive decision to cover it under the warranty even though it had expired. I also have to give a shout out to Dillon who not only took care of me over that time period, but kept me in the loop about what was going on and set me up with a loaner while they sorted it out. They have earned my loyalty! More

Not Good Took my car in on 7-15 for warranty work as the GPS and the SOS functions were not working. Said the car needed a new radio which was ordered. I said they could keep the car till the radio came in. On 7-22 service called and said the car was ready for pickup Came in on 7-23 to get car and radio and SOS still didn't work. Asked if the radio had come in the cashier said no. I said has the radio been ordered didn't know. The service receptionist said it had but I would have to call in to see the status of the order. Went home tried to call in and no answer the dealership phone lines were down. Called the next day and service said they would check on the status of the radio and call me right back. 3 hours later called again and was told they were too busy to check but would call back. 4:30 called back and they checked and told me the radio had been ordered but was on back log and might be in on Friday 7-26. I'll bet no radio tomorrow and it will still be backed ordered. More
