Oil should NOT be smeared inside my truck! I visited this dealer to have my trucks oil changed. I mainly would go to this location because of how close it is to my house. However over the years I visited this dealer to have my trucks oil changed. I mainly would go to this location because of how close it is to my house. However over the years every time I drive in they seem to be upset/ annoyed because I don't have an appointment scheduled for an oil change. Knowing this I tend to call and make an appointment most of the time the phone goes unanswered for an extended amount of time. On this last time when I received my key from the cashier it was shiny because of all the oil it was covered in. I kindly asked the cashier if she had some sort of lysol wipe. She kindly gave me one and was shocked to see how oily the key was. When I walked out into my truck that to had been covered in oil. The steering wheel had oil completely smeared all over with oil, shifting knob, volume knob, center council, drivers door and latch. I walked back into cashier and explained the situation and that asked for more wipes to clean the inside of my own car. A guy from the back of cashier office seemed concerned and in disbelief so he came out and agreed this was unacceptable. He wiped most of it off. The wipes were almost black by the time he was done. I still had to go home and clean it off better. The inside of my truck still has an oil scent to it after almost a week. The windshield sticker is still stained from where that was put on. Another thing I have noticed is this dealer continues to lie about the car wash door being broken. That they don't have a working car wash because the door randomly locks while a car is inside. At least be honest to your customers if you don't want to take the extra step in simply running a car into a car wash then say that. You clearly have a working car wash since the cars that are being sold on a daily basis are being sold freshly washed. More

Great service My wife's Jeep had a recall which caused it have issues. I called a few other closer dealerships and none of them could squeeze it in in such sort not My wife's Jeep had a recall which caused it have issues. Excellent service When I couldn't get in to my normal dealership service for two weeks, I called Sterling Heights and Trevor said he could get me in.
