Service took way to long - They forgot about my truck I took my vehicle in for an oil change, a few recalls and to have them fix the tailgate that doesn't always open. After sitting in the lobby for 3.5 I took my vehicle in for an oil change, a few recalls and to have them fix the tailgate that doesn't always open. After sitting in the lobby for 3.5 hours without hearing anything from the service advisor I went and asked about the status. I was told "Oh this should have been done 2 hours ago", he checked with the cashier and sure enough it was but no one brought the vehicle out. She said she would have someone bring it around right away....a half hour later I went back and asked if they lost my truck and she apologized and said she would have someone else bring it around. 15 minutes later a porter finally brought it. I also noted, on the paperwork, that the mechanic could not replicate the issue with my tailgate and therefore did nothing. I would expect them to ask me more details about how/when the issue occurs to better understand. Now I'll have to take time, again, to take it back in for the tailgate. All in all, 4+ hours for maintenance that took an hour to do and they couldnt even resolve all my issues. More

Oil change review Not too pleased with this visit. Waiting time was longer than expected. The new oil change sticker was put over old one instead of removing it. Oil Change The visit went fine. I normally go to Milosch’s Chrysler Jeep in Lake Orion for my oil changes. When you go through their Express lane oil change they The visit went fine. I normally go to Milosch’s Chrysler Jeep in Lake Orion for my oil changes. When you go through their Express lane oil change they wash your car before you get it back. They also supply you with a very detailed sheet with a car on it. It shows brake wear, tire wear remaining and allot more information. Unfortunately your dealership does not. I will go to Milosch’s from now on. More

Watch your bill I brought my car in for service on 06/24/2019. The oil was leaking and I wanted the spark plugs changed and the brakes checked along with three recall I brought my car in for service on 06/24/2019. The oil was leaking and I wanted the spark plugs changed and the brakes checked along with three recalls. When I sat down with the service writer Wafa I told her the issues and she wrote me up. I also presented a 10% off service coupon to her at the time of write up. Later that evening they called and said my truck was ready. They fixed the oil leak ( just a loose oil filter) but nobody called earlier and asked if I wanted the oil changed since its close to being ready for a oil change. It would have been an easy sale since it was already there being serviced but oh well. When I went to pick it up they told be to go see the cashier and I was all set. When she handed me the bill it didn't show the 10% off. I asked her and she looked in her computer and said ya it doesn't show it but she would go asked the service manager Victoria. I could see Victoria in her office interviewing someone at the time. She quickly looked at the paper and said yep the 10% in there and the cashier came back and said Victoria said its in there and that's the price. I said I find it hard to believe that you don't see it in the computer and I don't see it on the paperwork but she can see it somehow that fast. The cashier asked if I wanted to wait to speak to Victoria and I said yes I will wait. After like 15 minutes Victoria was still doing her interview so the cashier told her I was still waiting to speak to her. Victoria then told the cashier to go get one of the service writer guys for me to talk to him. I talked to him and he said he would be write back. He went out to the service lane and came back and guess what he took the 10% off like $65.00. If I would have taken Victoria word for it I would have been out $65.00. It starts at the top and if this is the type of management you have there then I wont be doing business with you. Its not the money its the principal. I cant work with a company I cant trust. More
