"Quick oil change" I have been to the "quick oil change" twice and both times the wait was 2 hours. I didn't wait either time. Don't take a diesel here! 6-8 week backup I dropped my Ram 1500 ecodiesel off unexpectedly because the check engine light was on on the electronic throttle light was on. It wouldn't go over 35 I dropped my Ram 1500 ecodiesel off unexpectedly because the check engine light was on on the electronic throttle light was on. It wouldn't go over 35 miles per hour. They did provide a leaner. However, after four full days, they contacted me and told me their diesel mechanic was backed up for 6-8 weeks! They didn't realize this back up four days earlier? My truck was not driveable. They suggested having it towed to another dealer. Unheard of in the 30 years I've been driving diesel trucks. I did have it towed to Lapeer and I will never return to Sterling Heights Dodge. More

Dodge Ram fluid leak Hostess was difficult to understand. Brought vehicle in for chronic fluid leak. She indicated it would be $110 to diagnose. Vehicle was returned w/ Hostess was difficult to understand. Brought vehicle in for chronic fluid leak. She indicated it would be $110 to diagnose. Vehicle was returned w/in an hour...'fluid residue removed. No leak at this time. Didn't mention or describe type of fluid residue, if it needed to be replenished, etc. However, I was grateful that there was no charge for this. More
