Mediocur service department at best. It took almost a month to replace a defective radio system in my Chrysler 300 and when I finally got it back the Siriusxm and the Sirius Guard needed It took almost a month to replace a defective radio system in my Chrysler 300 and when I finally got it back the Siriusxm and the Sirius Guard needed activation which the service tech should have done. I activated the Siriusxm with no problem but it took 3 days of calling Sirius Guard and threating to cancel my subscription before they gave me instructions on how to reset/reboot the radio. Everything is now working but I wonder if the old radio would have worked if the tech had rebooted the radio. I like the Chrysler 300 and the sales staff when I purchased the car was excellent. However your service department mediocre at best and needs a lesson in custome care. More

BAD Service by Trevor Came for oil change and Trevor told me it will be hour and half. I asked for shuttle to drop me off at home. Shuttle drop me home. He told me when you get call from service, tell them you need ride back. That is their policy. Got call from Trevor after hour and half. I asked Trevor for ride back. He said driver is on the road and he is not picking up the phone so I will have to find the ride back. I came back and picked up the car. I noticed the reminder sticker for next oil change had 5000 miles and is after one year. Next day I go back and talk to Trevor. I asked him that every time I get oil change from here, I get sticker for 7500 miles and 7 months for next oil change. He is like OVER SMART. According to him - all the oil change should be done before 5000 miles. I said I get Semi Synthetic oil change. That should be 7500 miles. And if you get Synthetic oil change, it should be 10000 miles oil change. He had bad attitude about me telling him about these oil changes. I showed him info from internet that Synthetic oil is 10000 miles. He did not want to believe this. I would think you don't argue with customer but I guess he is one of kind........Thanks for your time. More
Well Done. I recently brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change. I chose this dealer because of its close proximity to to the Chrysler plant where I work and its "Express Lane" for "Fast oil changes and more." After being told that my oil change would take over an hour, I was second guessing my decision. There are places all over town that will do an oil change in 1/3 of the time for 1/2 the money. I was already trying to decide where I would take it the next time I needed service. I was pleasantly surprised to have my car delivered to me, oil changed, tires rotated and car washed in less than 40 minutes. Trevor took good care of me. I'll be back! More
problem Trevor was great it was the service technician that did not read or follow directions, Trevor stated no tire rotation while getting my full synthetic Trevor was great it was the service technician that did not read or follow directions, Trevor stated no tire rotation while getting my full synthetic oil change as i just had them rotated the prior day at Goodyear, The tech rotated them anyway and they only way i knew this was they left the lug wrench key in my center console, i then had to return the next day to get them rotated back. Not happy about this and a waste of my tome and your team as well. JM More

I showed up for my scheduled appointment and the female service writer never scheduled it. I was told by same female service writer they were too busy to fit me in, so a new appointment was scheduled for the following week. Upon arrival for my appointment I worked with a different service writer (James) and he was great (very professional and knowledgeable). My repair was completed in about a week. The glue they reattached my defroster with is already coming off so I will have to go back. The rental car they provided was an embarrassment for the dealership. Dirty dose not begin to describe the condition inside and out. The vehicle smelled like a combination of ash tray and dirty feet. I wiped down the interior to keep from getting my suit dirty. More
Worst oil change experience ever! It took 2 hours to get my oil changed! I ended up being late for work because of it. I used to go to the Roseville one and they were quick, friendly & not just after my money! I won’t go back here. More
