They got me on an extended warranty that I didn’t need because the warranty on the vehicle I purchased was transferable. That one is on me. Didn’t particularly like the condescending tone of voice that the finance guy used. I am female, that doesn’t make me stupid. The sales person that ended up helping us, was absolutely wonderful!
