When you drop off a vehicle the last thing you should be worries about is inspecting it for dings and dents . I dropped off my truck (recorded and took a picture the day of drop off ) no dent was there but worries about is inspecting it for dings and dents . I dropped off my truck (recorded and took a picture the day of drop off ) no dent was there but when i pick it up it had a small dent in the tail gate . When I asked about it i was pretty much told to pound sand that the dent was already there . The service manager didn’t even bother to pick up one of my calls or even talk to me to resolve the issue instead send my service Advicer to tell me they weren’t liable. No accountability what so ever , also first time I dropped off my truck for a new transmission they where quick to take my money yet transmission didn’t last me not even 4hrs took it back just to be force to sign a liability waiver stating the dealership wasn’t responsible for rentals or broken parts , if I didn’t sign that they would’ve of refused to service my truck again . Complete joke of a policy. NO TYPE OF ACCOUNTABILITY!!! My advice go elsewhere to get your vehicle serviced. More
