The residual value listed in my contract was $15,848.00. The balance due from Sterling McCall was $19,117.81 which included several questionable charges including a $1,500 buyout fee. None of those fees were listed in my leasing contract. Luckily for me, I knew better than to sign a contract like that but many other people may think they have to sign a contract with a dealer fee or a "LEASE BUY OUT". Dealerships like Sterling McCall Ford make the entire company look bad. My final price at Tommie Vaughn Ford was about 17,000 (which was correct with taxes added on etc. I would also like to add that Tommie Vaughn had everything ready right when I walked in for my 11:00 appointment.
