My problem - ground fault was not corrected. I dropped vehicle before 8 AM and was released 2:30 PM and Angela Taylor was the check in technician. The shop tech worked on problem for 4+ hours. Bill was $451 and I did have one other item done which was about $210. In fairness I came in on a Saturday and maybe the most experienced techs were not there. I have to take it back and I will ask MS Taylor to make sure the best computer technician is assigned to the problem. Robert Brink More
