Real nice people, real straight forward (mostly). Trey was a phenomenal person to work with however the results of my visit to the financing office did throw me off. Got charged 3900 for a HondaCare CPO package that is around 1900 at cost (don’t ask how I know, but they made 2 grand off me) and I didn’t notice pricing until I read through the docs again, because they got me at my “monthly payment” that I technically did ask for. While I should have been more careful and more attentive, I essentially added an extra 4 grand (!!!) to my amount financed for a warranty that sounded like it came with the purchase of a Honda CPO. At the same time, they were able to squeeze out a great interest rate for me too, hence why I’m not too mad or disappointed, but unfortunately I will have to cancel my HondaCare contract as it is simply wayyyy too expensive to justify paying for it, and now I can’t even buy another HondaCare contract even if I wanted to. But, HondaCare is refundable within 60 days so fortunately I can get my money back (gets subtracted from principal). For perspective, my amount financed will drop from 37k to 33k. Definitely waiting on that official Honda survey to convey my situation. TLDR: All in all, they are great people, but a shady (-ish) business. They’ll help you one way but might try to make some money in another. Great place to buy from if you are more detail oriented and have better credit than I do. Ask for Trey. More
