Got charged 3900 for a HondaCare CPO package that is around 1900 at cost (don’t ask how I know, but they made 2 grand off me) and I didn’t notice pricing until I read through the docs again, because they got me at my “monthly payment” that I technically did ask for. While I should have been more careful and more attentive, I essentially added an extra 4 grand (!!!) to my amount financed for a warranty that sounded like it came with the purchase of a Honda CPO. At the same time, they were able to squeeze out a great interest rate for me too, hence why I’m not too mad or disappointed, but unfortunately I will have to cancel my HondaCare contract as it is simply wayyyy too expensive to justify paying for it, and now I can’t even buy another HondaCare contract even if I wanted to. But, HondaCare is refundable within 60 days so fortunately I can get my money back (gets subtracted from principal). For perspective, my amount financed will drop from 37k to 33k. Definitely waiting on that official Honda survey to convey my situation. TLDR: All in all, they are great people, but a shady (-ish) business. They’ll help you one way but might try to make some money in another. Great place to buy from if you are more detail oriented and have better credit than I do. Ask for Trey. More

DO NOT GO HERE! !! The manager didn't honor the negotiated price of the vehicle even when we showed him written proof of correspondence with our salesperson. He ref !! He refused to honor that deal and in fact refused to come down at all to match the negotiated price. This was highly unprofessional and unethical. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will find a way to take advantage of you! More
Service rescheduled to Saturday because time wasn't available to address my issues. Saturday i drop my car at 9:20am. Specifically requested battery to be replaced when handing keys off to Angel (Service Rep). Received video of inspection, identified blown fuse to fix windshield wiper fluid issue. Part unavailable for electronic lock for door issue. Called 5 times to speak with rep, left messages, never received call back or text, spoke with Service Manager said they would do diagnostic to determine rattling in backseat passenger side. It was 4:30pm still no callback from Angel. Was again told message would be delayed and I insisted on remaining on hold as Service Dept expected to close at 5pm. Attendant came back said Angel had tried to call me but was unable to as number didnt work, yet received video inspection. Tech in video indicated that battery was replaced yet battery was not replaced. 8hours and only thing truly accomplished was a fuse was replaced! By far the worse experience I've had and thats saying a lot being I have had a horrible experience with Big Star which is why I came to Sterling McCall. At this juncture I doubt a diagnostic was truly completed for the backseat rattling noise, I think it was pencil whipped and told that all three seatbelts need to be replaced. I am seriously considering changing brands as Honda's quality has taken a nosedive. More
