I had a Mitsubishi 12 Years and a VW 7 before my fabulous Honda Insight Hybird. And the Service department at Stirling is so much better either of the other dealers. Easy to make appoiaemts. The reason for the average rating. This dealership doesn't top off fluids as part the oil change tire rotation service. It seems to me that was at one point part of the service. I wanted a car listed on sale for 21,991 $ they told me it came with a warranty and after signing the papers I notice The problem was with financing. I wanted a car listed on sale for 21,991 $ they told me it came with a warranty and after signing the papers I noticed the cars price was 27,000 and after tax and another warranty they added and didn’t tell me about it was in 30 thousands. They said it had protective coat or other add ons I don’t remember but i don’t know why the price of the vehicle didn’t reflect all the add ons already on the vehicle. It was in the paper work I just didn’t read everything correctly as a first time buyer it would have been nice If they told me what was all added on to the car and how much it all was instead of just letting me see the base price of the car. I guess I just seen a price on the vehicle and thought that was it but nope. The manager apologized for them not explaining everything but it’s too late for me. He even admitted that has happened a lot and they are working on it. So make sure you read everything and don’t rely on them to explain it to you. More
