The customer service is usually outstanding but my most recent visit made me rethink returning. It was extremely chaotic at 7AM. I was overlooked several times even with a scheduled 7AM appointment. I had a major engine misfire, and the service I received was excellent from start to finish. Will, the service manager, went above and beyond. He thoroughly explained the cause of the issue and even provide was excellent from start to finish. Will, the service manager, went above and beyond. He thoroughly explained the cause of the issue and even provided videos and pictures to help me understand what was going on. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision about the repair, which I truly appreciated. Daniel, the service representative, was exceptional. He clearly explained each task involved in the repair and kept me updated throughout the entire process. His communication and professionalism made a big difference. Thanks to Will and Daniel, my truck is now running great. I highly recommend this dealership for service — they are honest, transparent, and genuinely care about their customers. More
