I had a positive experience. My oil change and 21 point inspection saved me problems that my battery was weak, my spark plugs needed changing, my tires needed a wheel alignment, My oil change and 21 point inspection saved me problems that my battery was weak, my spark plugs needed changing, my tires needed a wheel alignment, my tire rotation and some universal arms under front of car needed replaced. My Timing belt was also changed according to Seven year or 100,000 mile on my vehicle. So I feel safe now I'm my car. Things you don't keep up with but going to same dealer to service my car.
