Gino that pulled my car in was the only nice and welcoming when there. Once he got done with whatever he was doing to help me was not friendly, was not smiling, was not anything, and it was kind of misleading on what they were going to do with my car when I went in for an oil change. Was not greeted with a smile. I had an oil change coupon for a $39.99 which I presented to the service representative. When the service was completed they told me the price and th I had an oil change coupon for a $39.99 which I presented to the service representative. I took my 2017 Honda pilot to have the air intake hose replaced and I also stated to the advisor that all my lights on the dashboard have come on if they could please check them out supposedly they check replaced and I also stated to the advisor that all my lights on the dashboard have come on if they could please check them out supposedly they check them out. I never directly talk to my service advisor because he was busy at another gentleman of Carlo assisted me who was great but now my wife and daughter are stranded because of the same issue. I’m not very satisfied with the dealership at all right now. Normally they’re a great dealership at this time they have failed me and specially my family!!! More
