Gino that pulled my car in was the only nice and welcoming when there. He directed me to a service rep who didn’t seem too happy that he brought me to him and the service rep didn’t seem too happy. welcoming when there. Once he got done with whatever he was doing to help me was not friendly, was not smiling, was not anything, and it was kind of misleading on what they were going to do with my car when I went in for an oil change. Was not greeted with a smile. I had an oil change coupon for a $39.99 which I presented to the service representative.
