I originally gave a good review but was then treated with horrible follow up service. Here is my new review… When I purchased my vehicle from this dealership I also purchased the windshield protection/warr horrible follow up service. Here is my new review… When I purchased my vehicle from this dealership I also purchased the windshield protection/warranty for over $1,800. I got a crack in my windshield on my way to the service appointment and told the service employee about it. He said their windshield guy would see it and talk to me about it. He didn’t and I had to wait till the next day when I was told that I did not qualify to use the $1,800 warranty because the crack was TOO BIG. A windshield warranty didn’t cover a crack in a windshield. I then talked to another service representative who also said that I was basically out of luck. With this type of predatory sales tactics I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. More
