Real nice people, real straight forward (mostly). Trey was a phenomenal person to work with however the results of my visit to the financing office did throw me off. Part of sales and I get it as a salesman but man I got f##ked. Got charged 3900 for a HondaCare CPO package that is around 1900 at cost (don’t ask how I know, but they made 2 grand off me) and I didn’t notice pricing until I read through the docs again, because they got me at my “monthly payment” that I technically did ask for. While I should have been more careful and more attentive, I essentially added an extra 4 grand (!!!) to my amount financed for a warranty that sounded like it came with the purchase of a Honda CPO. At the same time, they were able to squeeze out a great interest rate for me too, hence why I’m not too mad or disappointed, but unfortunately I will have to cancel my HondaCare contract as it is simply wayyyy too expensive to justify paying for it, and now I can’t even buy another HondaCare contract even if I wanted to. But, HondaCare is refundable within 60 days so fortunately I can get my money back (gets subtracted from principal). For perspective, my amount financed will drop from 37k to 33k. Definitely waiting on that official Honda survey to convey my situation. TLDR: All in all, they are great people, but a shady (-ish) business. They’ll help you one way but might try to make some money in another. Great place to buy from if you are more detail oriented and have better credit than I do. Ask for Trey. More
DO NOT GO HERE! !! The manager didn't honor the negotiated price of the vehicle even when we showed him written proof of correspondence with our salesperson. He ref !! He refused to honor that deal and in fact refused to come down at all to match the negotiated price. This was highly unprofessional and unethical. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will find a way to take advantage of you! More
