I had such a great experience at Lexus of Clear Lake! I came in on Monday with no appointment, just as a walk-in, and Rachael greeted me right away. She was so welcoming and nice and connected me with Ja I came in on Monday with no appointment, just as a walk-in, and Rachael greeted me right away. She was so welcoming and nice and connected me with Jack. I had already been looking for a Lexus for a while and pretty much knew what I wanted. Jack really listened to me, understood exactly what I was looking for, and was able to get me into the Lexus I wanted! He was very informative throughout the whole process and answered every question I had. When it came time to purchase the car, I worked with Cory, the Finance Director, and he was awesome as well! He worked with me on the numbers I was looking for, explained everything, and made the whole process go very smoothly. Overall, everyone made me feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment I walked in. Shoutout to Rachael, Jack, and Cory for making my car-buying experience such a good one!
