It is always an easy experience buying from this dealership, specifically with Glenn Russum, and the service is top-knotch. He is straight forward, honest, and does right by his customers. Taking my cars in for service over the years is a pleasant experience compared to other dealerships. The service waiting area is well equipped with various drink and snack options, seating types (chairs, tables, private room, bar-height seating), and outlets are plentiful. This allows me to not just schedule appointments on the weekends, but also during the week knowing that I can plug in my computer and continue my work from the dealership. It is quiet and conducive to getting work done. I’m afraid I would be disappointed at any other dealership. More

To be honest, I feel like the service at your dealership has been awful. I previously purchased a vehicle that I was not satisfied with and was told I could swap it out, but I have been repeatedly given the has been awful. I previously purchased a vehicle that I was not satisfied with and was told I could swap it out, but I have been repeatedly given the run-around. I have spent a significant amount of time waiting at the dealership on multiple occasions without receiving any help. Additionally, I feel the trade-in value offered for my vehicle is far too low.
