I’m surely willing to discuss this matter although as ive a new Lexus and plan to continue my trust in Lexus quality - I’ve already gone through this with both my Service advisor and his boss the Service manager. They both agreed that there was a lack of transparency but were defensive about the extra charges and providing meaningful information to consumer fir an alternative option.
