After thoroughly inspecting the car, he called me back to inform me of services needed versus recommended. I appreciate him not up selling, but just letting me know my options. But what really stood out to me on this visit today was the team going out of their way to accommodate my timeline. When I dropped the car off first thing this morning, I mentioned that I needed to be done in time to get my granddaughter off the bus at noon. They gave me a loaner. They also sent a technician to North Houston to pick up parts so that my car would be finished by end of day., thus ensuring I could travel home for my family Christmas the next morning. It is that level of professionalism and caring that keeps bringing me back. And when I’m ready for a new car, this is where I will come. More
