I was looking to purchase a specific Lexus ES Hybrid color and interior. I was looking nation wide and even had a Lexus Dealership near me looking and I came across my new car at Lexus Clear Lake online color and interior. I called immediately and I am sure I sounded quite frantic as Tony Hendricks answered the phone me requesting information on vehicle. From the first moment he introduced himself on phone to closing on my new vehicle, Tony was the Best to work with. Tony H. kept me informed answering all my questions as I was purchasing car unseen from another state. He even made me a video and sent to me showing me the car. He set my mind at ease !!! Crystle Riles in finance helped me with all the paperwork even sending me documents overnight for wet signatures and assisting me in sending wire transfer for purchase. Crystle also called me and answered questions I left her a voicemail not knowing she was scheduled off that day, she called me right back setting my mind at ease. That is Great Customer Service!! When it was time to have car shipped Tony met with auto transport, took photos and sent to me of driver with paperwork and keys to car and followed up on delivery day to ensure delivery was complete!
