My service advisor was not at the dealership when he inserted I be on time. Then I had no sticker indicating my next service. I returned and got a sticker. It had the wrong information. I returned again inserted I be on time. Then I had no sticker indicating my next service. I returned and got a sticker. It had the wrong information. I returned again for another sticker with the wrong information. Now I need a third return to get the proper info. And I had to wait on hold for 8 minutes and 25 seconds until I could speak with someone in service. Your customer service leaves much room for improvement More
