We are sorry to hear about the wait time you faced in our service department. We have a process that involves a consultation with our Service consultant, which we go over the history, take pictures of existing damages and go over the condition of your vehicle. This is to ensure that we do not miss anything upon drop off. Along with the thorough check in process, we do perform a multipoint inspection, including a video and we also wash your vehicle. All these benefits add time to an oil change, and we feel that that these services give our guest a premium experience but also add a bit more time to the visit.
