The Service Team at Sterling McCall Lexus of Clear Lake are the most knowledgeable of any brand that I've owned. The Service Technicians actually make videos when assessing your car and cleary explain each are the most knowledgeable of any brand that I've owned. The revive department completed work in my car at noon. I had to wait until 1:30pm for the service rep to process my paperwork so I could pay and leave. Another service rep should cover for anyone gone for lunch to facilitate customers paying for service in a timely manner the technician did an excellent service job but the service rep was inefficient at her job by leaving me stuck for an additional 1 1/2 hours.
