I had called to speak to the business office to cancel my GAP policy and had to use different phone options to them ask someone for the business office. I left vm’s starting 11/26/24 and despite calling and leaving vm’s, never received a return call. I had to physically make an appearance to dealer on 12/4/24 to get what I needed. I didn’t appreciate that. Additionally, I have called Adam and lvm to set up a time to discuss my cars technology and also have never received a return call. Unfortunately I used someone other than Adam to address my concern. The reason for this survey was not related to the above. I had a service appt with Timothy Day who was fabulous. He kept me updated on work being done. He explained how to obtain help in the future. He’s was nice and friendly too. I also worked with Escobedo the day before when I had to show up to the dealership about technology since Adam never returned my called. Escobedo was very helpful and helped explain my issue and that is how I ended up making this service appt. Service was 5/5 stars yesterday. The 3/5 star rating was for the other issues. More
