I really appreciate the care and the work done on my care. Mr. Phil was very pleasant and understands what it takes to make the customers happy for example, I did not request for my car to be washed but care. That is what you call a gentle man that understands a good customer service. Friendly but business focused. Was able to walk in and tell our sales person exactly what I wanted. They didn’t have the color and features I wanted. She said, no problem, we will find you one and in 4 days, she did. I didn’t want to spend all day in the dealership signing papers. I asked her to make it an hour tops. She sent me an online credit app to be preapproved as well as the vehicle cost. We discussed and agreed via text. We showed up, she walked us through some of the cars features and then took me to finance. I was there just a few minutes over an hour. No high pressure sales - just facts and signing. The best car buying experience ever! I would highly recommend Rachel. More
