Drove into the drop off area at the agreed time and waited 20 minutes and finally ask one of the people if I could get someone to care for me. Took almost 3 hours just to change 1 tire! !! And their reason was because its a Saturday and they are usually busy! I have a tire warranty from Lexus so I have to bring my car to any Lexus! Ot !!
