Friendly but business focused. Was able to walk in and tell our sales person exactly what I wanted. They didn’t have the color and features I wanted. She sent me an online credit app to be preapproved as well as the vehicle cost. We discussed and agreed via text. We showed up, she walked us through some of the cars features and then took me to finance. I was there just a few minutes over an hour. No high pressure sales - just facts and signing.
