I called yesterday to inquire when they can schedule me. I met Nykeir Thomas who took his time with me answering all my questions and guiding me to type of vehicle I wanted. Nykeir is a very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and caring young man who didn’t try to rush my decision or trying to push other options on me. He took his time, showed me around until I found the car I was interested in, and walked me through the steps. Nykeir even introduced me to the general manager and regional manager. Once we completed that process, Nykeir took me to the finance department, where I was introduced to Ronnie Harris. Once again, Ronnie walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and was very personable.
