Sterling McCall Lexus Clear Lake

My husband and I went to this dealership in 2022 to be put on a waiting list for a RC350 and still have not been contacted to this day. We ended up buying the car from a dealership in Dallas but have had put on a waiting list for a RC350 and still have not been contacted to this day. We ended up buying the car from a dealership in Dallas but have had my car serviced here since it is close to where I live. I recently had my 20,000 service come up. I called Sterling McCall to have my car serviced with them and there was no indication that there would be a fee. When I brought my car in, I was told that the cost to have my car serviced was over $500 and the person I set up the appointment with chose the most expensive option without my consent. When I showed up for my service appointment and was told that I was going to be charged the $500 fee, I told them that I thought the 20,000 mile service was free. They informed me that since I purchased my car from a different dealership that it was not covered thru them. I should have been told this when I made my appointment. In summary, this dealership did not follow up with with us on the waiting list, mislead us when setting the service appointment, and then said they will charge us more for service because we had to buy a vehicle at a dealer that does follow up with waiting lists. I would not recommend this dealership to my family or friends. More
