I have bought several vehicles from this dealership and Glenn Russum. Each time it was a very satisfying experience. All my concerns were answered. When I bought the car they asked me to take it even though the heads up display was defective and they would fix it (under warranty) when I brought it to them for maintenance. Then they tried to get me though the heads up display was defective and they would fix it (under warranty) when I brought it to them for maintenance. Then they tried to get me to pay for it and held my car for a a week. I called to no avail. I had to go personally to the dealership to get it resolved. Not used to this from Lexus. More
