My name is Gwendolyn Richardson. This is a review of my experience yesterday. I was not satisfied at all with my service experience. I have been going to your dealership since 2016 and have not had a negative experience until today. The service advisor, John, was very nice and apologized for me having to wait so long for a simple issue that I had an appointment for. Staying there over 3 hours for a flat/tire repair was ridiculous!! I was told the incorrect price for the repair also!! Really bad experience.

The service department was thorough, their communication and attention to each customer was one of the better experiences I’ve encountered with service departments. Definitely recommend this establishment. More
