The advisers are top notch but the mechanics sucks! Very unproffessional!! The mechanics missed returning bolts, screws, brackets among other things. So if you are reading this, take a picture of that engine motor bolts and screws and make sure everything is returned they way they were. I gurantee you, they will miss a bolt here and there or brackets or plastic covers. Too bad i like lexus skip this dealer for your maintenance needs!!!! More

Entering the garage was chaotic.
