When I bought the car they asked me to take it even though the heads up display was defective and they would fix it (under warranty) when I brought it to them for maintenance. Then they tried to get me to pay for it and held my car for a a week. I called to no avail. I had to go personally to the dealership to get it resolved. Not used to this from Lexus. More

This is the dealership where I bought my car and it is convenient to get my car serviced here. The staff are helpful, especially the people who check you in for your service provider. The wait time for a convenient to get my car serviced here. The staff are helpful, especially the people who check you in for your service provider. The wait time for a 40,000 mile service was quoted at 1.5 to 1.75 hours but my car was finished and ready for me in just over an hour. The amenities while waiting are nice and the entire dealership was renovated during Covid by new owners. The entire space is clean and open but can sometimes be loud And it is difficult at times to find a quiet place to work at a table with access to plugs. Overall, my service experiences here have been great albeit less personal than before Covid and the ownership change. More
