If they’re a 0 rating i should rate that. I just came today to do my 10000 miles complementary service I think it’s totally deceived. The guy name Denis said he will take care oil change and I just came today to do my 10000 miles complementary service I think it’s totally deceived. The guy name Denis said he will take care oil change and replace all fluids but all r wrong. I don’t think they did anything. They just did the wash that’s it. I had to wait for more than hour. He took all my signatures without allowing me to read. After 2 minutes I saw my car is showing signals they fluid low. I call back but no one picking the phone in 3 hours. Still no response. So I need to put report on BBB and I think we all should talk to lawer about the cheating. U all should verify what they do exactly. It’s my brand new car but now I know what exactly they do More
