Mike arranged everything and ensured that the vehicle was perfect - matching tires, detailed, all paperwork, etc. Mike kept me up to date on the process, and he was honest about what was taking extra time and whether I wanted to wait. It’s hard to trust someone you have never met in person, but Mike built and retained my trust as a customer - I know where to go in the future! The experience was everything car purchasing should be.
