I made an appointment on Saturday to have my front tires replaced. Since I live a good distance away, I always get an early appointment and wait at the dealership. Once I get to the dealership, I spoke with my service consultant, Dennis Holmes who suggested tires that would last longer, I agreed. He looked in the system and the tires were in stock so, I went into the waiting area to patiently wait. After waiting a couple of hours, Mr. Holmes came in the waiting area to first apologize for the delay, but to also informed me that the tires were not there and the computer system was incorrect. He said he would order them, but they wouldn’t be in until Monday, meaning I would have to bring my car back, he gave a a time and told me to bring it back to him. After a little discussion, I agreed to return on Monday. On Monday morning I returned, asked for Mr. Holmes, not only did he ensure that the tires were there, but made sure I had a loaner vehicle. Additionally, had my car detailed and filled my gas tank. Dennis Holmes went above and beyond to ensure that my time wasn’t wasted, but also provided exceptional customer service. Whenever I bring my car in for service, I will forever request Dennis Holmes as my service consultant. Top tier customer service and professionalism. I will recommend him to all my friends and family who have their cars serviced as Lexus Clear Lake. More
