To be honest, I feel like the service at your dealership has been awful. I previously purchased a vehicle that I was not satisfied with and was told I could swap it out, but I have been repeatedly given the has been awful. I have spent a significant amount of time waiting at the dealership on multiple occasions without receiving any help. Additionally, I feel the trade-in value offered for my vehicle is far too low.
