Randy Lemp our service advisor carried this entire experience. His communication was next level leaving no room for misunderstanding and we received the vehicle back in better shape than we brought it experience. But 2 things I would improve. 1.-The woman stationed at the rental booth was not very personable and took personal calls through an ear piece while assisting us. And 2.-It would’ve been a nice touch if the technician would’ve reset the analog clock after the service. Overall a great experience. More
