This was my first time coming to get my car serviced at this dealership. My service representative did not introduce himself he only greeted me with asking me what my last name was to check me in to my app this dealership. My service representative did not introduce himself he only greeted me with asking me what my last name was to check me in to my appointment. I told him I was interested in possibly purchasing a new vehicle while my car is serviced. He told me to go to the floor because he doesn’t work in sales and someone will help you. I enter the building and go to the showroom to start looking at the TX SUV I want. I am opening the doors, looking at the price tag, looking around to see if anyone would help me. Again no one bother to even ask me if I needed help. They were not busy so it’s not like the opportunity wasn’t there. Sales representatives were sitting at their desk. I saw one was even shopping online looking at shirts to purchase. This experience alone was enough to never want to buy a car from here. Unfortunately this is the closest Lexus dealership to me and I only allow Lexus to service my SUV but outside out that I will never purchase a car from here. More

I’m not happy the my tires and brakes need to be replaced after only 34,000 miles but I’m glad the bad battery was covered. The tech sent over a thorough video assessment and I like that. Overall, very pleasant, professional experience…..and I don’t even live in Houston. I drive in from San Antonio. More
