I have been a Lexus owner for over five years. I made my first purchase at Sewell Lexus in Dallas, Texas. No matter what the service entailed, a loaner vehicle was offered for every service appoin I made my first purchase at Sewell Lexus in Dallas, Texas. No matter what the service entailed, a loaner vehicle was offered for every service appointment. I recently moved back home to Houston and have had to schedule a service appointment and cancel twice because Sterling McCall does not offer loaner vehicles if you are getting an oil change as your maintenance service. This should not matter what I am getting serviced. Who has time to wait 2 1/2 hours? This is a considerable inconvenience. This alone does not sit well with me. Now I have to worry about either waiting for 2 1/2 hours, finding someone to drop me off, or spending extra money on an Uber. Oh, how I will miss doing business with Sewell Lexus. More

I dealt with Mo B. - he never pressured me, he never said anything that was made me question him or the dealership. He texted me once to see I was coming in on the day I said and thats all. He was a great salesman! He was also very patient with everything I asked him, I was very grateful. Buying a car is so stressful and when someone can listen, answer your questions and go above and beyond, thats a deal! Sterling McCall Lexus is great company the dynamic here is not at all like other dealerships. I never felt like they were getting over on me. The Finance manager we dealt with was also patient and very acknowledgable, first time buyer here and he also explained everything so well! I couldnt be more happier with my car and experience. More
